Frequently Asked Questions

  • The purchase of a Public Session admission allows you to skate for the entire duration of the skating session for which that admission was purchased. Check our calendar hours for start and end times.

  • Yes! Our Skate-Aids (aka trainers/walkers) are available on-ice in a designated area for new skaters that may need a little extra assistance on the rink. Please keep in mind, we have a limited amount of Skate-Aids and are a first-come-first-serve basis. If Skate-Aids are already in use when you arrive, please wait for the next available one.

  • For safety, we only allow guests with skates on the ice during Public Sessions.

  • Yes! We offer Public Sessions Tues-Fri from 10am-2pm. Please check back regularly for updated hours.

  • Here on our website, Instagram and on Google! Public Session hours can change, so please check back regularly.

  • Yes! We have a snack bar that sells pizza, nachos, churros and more. For the complete menu and pricing, click here.

  • No food or drinks are allowed. This includes hydroflasks and other liquid containers.

PUBLIC SESSIONS

  • Tickets can be purchased in person, at the door!

  • Yes, any time you enter a new Session, there will be the General Admission price of $18.

  • No, there is no charge to non-skating parents chaperoning their children during Public Sessions. Weโ€™re happy you are here!

    *NOTE: Occasionally, rink rentals hosted by charitable organizations/businesses/fundraisers at Ice Palace may charge every person (adult or child) that is admitted.

  • Everyone entering (with the exception of parents watching their children) must pay the applicable admission fee.

  • Once admission has been purchased, it is non-refundable.

  • No, we do not offer season passes or stamp cards at the moment.

  • Yes, it is common for parents to drop their children off at the facility.

    At this point in time, we do not have the capability to accept any payments in advance for Public Sessions.
