✨ Front Office, Skate Counter, Snack Bar, Skate Guard

Job Summary:
As an employee, you will be responsible for completing day-to-day operations within our rink facility. You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering questions and providing information about the rink, rental skates, and snack bar.

Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
· Process admissions and fees, and manage cash and credit card transactions.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area.
· Provide support to other staff members as needed.
· Skate Guard: Monitor the ice rink and enforce safety rules to prevent accidents or injuries.
· 18+ requirement for: Skate Guard & Front Office positions

Qualifications:
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
· Ability to work well in a team and take direction from supervisors.
· Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

✨ Managers

Job Summary:
